My calling is to help others become healthy and empowered. To me, empowerment means really understanding nutrition, because there are so many trends, fads, MLM companies selling shakes and supplements, mega-mogul weight loss companies advertising day and night, pharmaceutical “cures” and conflicting nutritional information coming out weekly that folks are understandably confused and frustrated. At the beginning of my heath and wellness career back in 2001, the questions I kept hearing from clients over and over again were, “What’s true? Which information do I trust? Why hasn’t anything worked for me in the past?” So many felt hopeless. Once I found empowerment I knew I’d never go back, and I made it my mission to help others on their journey through nutritional education, daily support, motivation, lifestyle change and problem-solving. True transformation is my specialty.
